Banana muffins


Just made them yesterday for my guests. This is one of these things you are better off  baking a day before. The taste ‘settles down’ during a night and when I tried one this morning it was OMG so good !   🙂

No big shopping required here:

5 bananas 

2 teaspoons instant baking powder

180 g caster sugar

1 egg

80 g butter/margarine

200 g flour

pinch of salt

 Beat egg with sugar and melted butter. Add mashed bananas and flour mixed with salt and baking powder. A good idea is to leave some bigger bits of bananas. Bake in 180 Celsius for 20 mins.  


Po polsku:

5 dojrzalych bananow

2 lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia (1 opakowanie)

180 g cukru pudru

1 jajko

80 gr masla /margaryny

200 gr maki

szczypta soli


Ubic jajko z maslem i cukrem pudrem. Dodac ugniecione banany – dobrze jest zostawic troche wiekszych kawalkow dla smaku. Dodac make zmieszana z proszkiem do pieczenia i sola. Piec 20 min. w 175 stopniach.
